Introduction

Hello,

I am a fifty something woman who is still in the workforce.  I have several autoimmune issues:

Celiac (the one that spawned the rest)
Asthma (Not considered autoimmune by some)
Psoriasis
Psoriatic Arthritis
Raynaud's phenomenon

I expect more will come with time.

I am trying to eat a healthy diet, and am using the Instant-Pot Duo 6 that my mom got me for Christmas to help.

I know wolves truly don't Raven, they are beautiful animals that hunt, but it is the best simile that came to my mind when thinking of things.
